This masonry/concrete & steel apartment building was built in 1929 and designed by architect J.W.Hawker.  It has large suites, some with fireplace mantels and large eat-in kitchens.  Extensive upgrades were done in 2008/2009 including wiring, intercom, windows, flooring, kitchens & baths & common areas (a complete list available under separate cover).  Heat is provided by a newer steam boiler installed in 2005 which is regulated by a new Tek Mar Steam Control 279 unit and radiators regulated by new Dan Foss thermostatic control valves
