Description: The fully operational business known as Marquette
Gravel Supply Ltd. is now being sold after 21 successful years at the present
site. Included are: 708.85 acres of land with gravel rights and the Fairbanks
Morse scale that weighs up to a total of 160,000 pounds of trailer and
gravel. This turn-key business produces crushed gravel for roads, pit-run
or screened sand, washed stone and processed materials such as sand and
stone for several concrete plants and operates from mid April of each year
to mid November. The materials are hauled by outside trucking firms under
contract. Several pieces of heavy equipment are also available separately.
